My programs are designed for club and high school volleyball players ages 12–18 who are serious about improving their skills, navigating the recruiting process, or building a stronger, more athletic body. Whether you're a beginner learning the fundamentals or a committed athlete chasing a college scholarship, there's a program for you.
It depends on your goals and schedule. For skill development, 1–2 sessions per week is ideal for consistent progress. For recruiting athletes in a critical window (typically 9th–11th grade), we may add film review and consulting calls on top of skill work. S&C programs are delivered via app and can be done 3–5 days per week on your own schedule.
I track different metrics depending on your focus area. For skills: passing ratings (0–3 scale), serve percentage, approach efficiency, and blocking success rate. For S&C: vertical jump, standing reach, broad jump, and body composition. For recruiting: school contacts made and responded, official/unofficial visits secured, and timeline milestones hit.
Skill training sessions are held at a local facility — details provided upon booking. S&C programming is delivered remotely via a training app, with optional video form check-ins. Recruiting consulting is fully remote (calls + email).
